These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account, posting listings, or browsing content, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected abuse.
2. Listings & Content
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings and content.
- Listing statuses may include: draft, published, sold, expired, archived.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Marketplace Role
- We provide a platform for users to discover listings and contact sellers.
- We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee items, payments, or delivery.
- Users are responsible for verifying information and complying with local laws.
4. Analytics
We may display basic performance metrics such as listing views and click totals. Metrics are indicative and may be throttled to reduce automated or repeated counts.
5. Premium Mode (TBD)
We may introduce paid tiers for extended analytics and business features. Any paid offering will include separate pricing, billing terms, and feature descriptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to scrape data, bypass security, or upload illegal content. We may apply technical measures and enforcement to protect the platform and users.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform UI, branding, and code are owned by us. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as required to operate the platform.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that listings are accurate or safe.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or disputes between users.
